The present treatise introduces an innovative treatment of the information physics underlying next-generation complex system dynamic risk intelligence and security, including latest developments from the author in the context of multi-hazards, neuro-quantum and cyber-physical cybersecurity.

Our generalized approach builds from Perdigão (2024, 2025) Neuro-Quantum Cyber-Physical Intelligence (NQCPI) and Information Physical Intelligence (IPI) to further advance and seamlessly articulate formal theoretical and technical approaches (e.g. information-theoretic, statistical mechanical, differential-geometric, geometric physical, categorical algebraic) to risk intelligence into a more general unified mathematically robust and physically consistent manner.

Special focus is then given to multi-hazard risk intelligence, developing a foundational Multi-Hazard Risk Intelligence framework for Cybersecurity (MHRIC), encompassing and leaping beyond classical, quantum, postquantum and full-fledged nonlinear frontiers in complex system dynamic security.

By operationally leveraging the infrastructure in our System-of-Systems for Multi-Hazard Risk Intelligence Networks (Perdigão and Hall 2023, 2025), we fast-track the NQCPI-native implementation and validation of the operational MHRIC platform for educational, research, development, innovation and operational service.

A pedagogic treatment is also provided in dedicated foundational sections, building from the author’s long years of university teaching, scholarly research and entrepreneurial innovation. In doing so, the work also provides solid theoretical, methodological and operational guidance to empower students, lecturers, researchers, practitioners and decision makers, while providing sound and clear background to the novel developments and findings reported in the advanced and frontier sections.

With thorough scientific depth and broad interdisciplinary breadth, this work now accompanies the author’s namesake academic program headquartered at our IUC Physics of Complex Coevolutionary Systems, Institute for Complex System Science and Interuniversity Institute for Intelligence, Complexity and Security.

Related course materials are made available to enrolled participants in our in-house and affiliated academic programs in Europe and North America.
